At Dig IT, all our activity supervisors are trained and experienced operators. They provide full instructions for all activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
We provide all the necessary safety equipment for each activity. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be equipped with high-vis vests and hard hats.
We ensure all activities are age-appropriate and suitable for all skill levels. Children under 4 are allowed to participate from the safety of their guardian’s laps, while older kids and adults can operate the machines independently.
Your safety is our priority. You will begin with a safety lesson in our “Site Safety Induction Zone” prior to your experience, where an instructor will walk you through everything you need to know to operate your machinery safely.

Dig IT Tamborine provides an exclusive birthday party package that’s perfect for your little digger. With our package, you’ll have exclusive use of the party table zone for your 2-hour session, along with an extra 30 minutes for food and cake. We also provide official Dig IT invitations and a Dig IT Wrecking Ball Pinata (lollies to be supplied by the party). The birthday digger will receive VIP Birthday Party Lanyards to use during the session and a high-vis vest and hard hat keepsakes to take home.

At Dig IT Tamborine, we provide an innovative platform for corporate team building activities. Participants can operate their own 1.7 tonne mini excavators and state-of-the-art remote control diggers, bulldozers, rear wheel loaders, and dump trucks, allowing them to experience the thrill of earthmoving in a safe and controlled environment. Teams will work together to complete various tasks and challenges, such as digging trenches and moving dirt, promoting communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Our team building packages are designed to challenge and motivate your team, with exclusive 2-hour use of the Dig IT site, dedicated safety instructors, and tailor-made programs to meet the specific goals of your event. We also provide an event file that includes go-pro and video footage of your session, allowing you to capture the fun-filled moments for a lasting memory.
